AND NOW FOR THE FAMILY HOME

This week saw us returning to the location of the family home where we captured the opening scenes of the film setting the pace for things to come and giving an overal feel of what life was like in Wenlock Road for our young 'George'.

Doing his chores, George paid his way whilst living in Wenlock Rd.

There were 4 scences that we needed to get in the can. Without giving too much away they are the scenes where we get our first look at 'George's' daily routine and of course his relationship with his mother.

Lily's day, when not at work, is spent doing her pools coupon or reading her 'family circle magazine'

The film is now taking shape and with several more scenes to capture at the house, its going to be a busy time for both cast and crew.

Wenlock Road is set in 1970s Tyneside and tells of the life of George and his desire to find a better life for himself. The film is supported by TRUSTMARK ROOFING & BUILDING Ltd.
